Student Tries Psychology Course, Enrolls in Criminal Justice Degree Program

It all started with a psychology course with Test Drive College Online.  Now Nyla Woods is working toward a four year criminal justice degree program at an online school. She says that she likes online education because of its convenience and because it fits into her lifestyle.

Nyla is a merchandise associate who had to quit school because of a death in the family.  When she came across the Test Drive College Online program, she thought it was a great opportunity to give school another try.

She had to pass an online assessment test, but once she did, she was given the choice of several different courses. She enjoyed her class psychology course so much that she decided to enroll full-time. Her major, criminal justice, is one of the fields that use psychology the most. Understanding the criminal mind is essential to keeping the streets of this country safe.

Test Drive College Online is a great program that gives qualified students the chance to take a complimentary online course so that they can see if online education is right for them.  Once completed, students can transfer the course to any college that accepts credit from American Council of Education approved courses.

Test Drive College Online seems to know what they are doing. Do they help with financial aid?

I am very excited by this prospect. Are there courses provided in other languages, Spanish or Portuguese for example?

Psychology was always my favorite subject. To understand the human experience delights me. Wouldn’t a student benefit more from in person instruction or perhaps from the peer-classmate experience? I only wonder, online college is still very interesting to think about.

So she did all of this for free? Or did she have to pay for these classes? If so was she given any kind of scholarship?

Test Drive College sounds too good to be true and I have always heard that if something seems to go to be true, it usually is. What’s the catch?

I have always been interested in psychology, but don’t know if I would be a good candidate for those kinds of courses. Can you choose this a your free test drive course?

Taking a psychology course online, and for free, seems too good to be true. Is this course exactly the same as a course that you would take at an online school, for real?

I loved my sociology course so hopefully I’ll like psychology as well. Who knows, maybe I may end up in a criminal justice program too!

Test Drive College Online seems like a top notch program. I work as a guidance counselor at a high school and I’m going to make sure that I let my seniors know about this before they graduate as an option available to them.

How long do the classes run? A full semester?

I think the beauty of these classes are that you get to see what you want, and if you don’t like it, you always have other options.
